Simon's Latest
Due to Simon's asthma we have to do breathing treatments every morning and night for the next month to see if it helps him out. The other night I guess he was a little more tired than we realized.
He is still working on crawling, but not quite there yet. He'll get up on all fours and rock back and forth, but that's about the extent of things. He insists on sleeping like this most of the time. Maybe he's crawling in his dreams?
Due to the steroids we have to give this kid for his asthma he gets major "roid rage". Walks always seem to keep him occupied and calm him down. So even though it's FREEZING we bundle up and take Chloe around our beloved park.

Biggest Tree in the Country
We took a short trip to Vegas last weekend so we could see Tuck, Amy, and Jill while they were there visiting. It was a fun little trip, and we even got to see the biggest Christmas tree in the country at the M. Simon was pretty fascinated with the whole trip.

Love That Tree Smell
We went Christmas tree hunting up at the cabin last weekend. Simon had a blast picking out his first tree. He was sick all last week, and a little grumpy, but everything having to do with the Christmas tree seemed to cheer him up. Seems he's already a fan of Christmas. (Thanks Mom and Dad for making the special trip for us, and hauling the tree back here!)

Eating, 6 months, Thanksgiving, etc.
A few weeks ago Simon turned 6 months old, and in turn began eating things other than milk. He is not a fan of rice cereal or oatmeal, but loves his beans and peas.
Other events lately for us have been Thanksgiving. We got to celebrate twice, once at Georgia's and again at my parent's. Both had amazing dinners prepared. It was fun to be with so much family.
Saturday I celebrated 24 years. We went to the BYU v Utah game. It was an amazing game! I was a little sad with the final outcome, but was sufficiently entertained. :)
Other news-
Ryan is doing great in his program. He just passed his first progress review. He is also getting ready to publish and has been invited to a conference next summer as well. I am so proud of how hard he is working and his accomplishments so far.
I am LOVING staying at home with Simon. He is such an awesome little man and I'm grateful I get to spend so much time with him.
